Project Management Officer (PMO) (m/f/d)
Introduction to the job
In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.
Role and responsibilities
- Cross-divisional analysis of project progress and statistical tracking of
- project key figures or definition of suitable key figures
- Reporting on topics such as project milestones and resources, budget compliance, risks and deviations from targets
- Coordination, support and, if required, management of own projects / sub-projects to optimize the Berlin factory, e.g. improvement projects, lead times / cycle time, analysis projects
- Preparation and provision of essential project information to support decision-making of the factory management team
- Support and maintenance of the Breakthrough & Ramp-up project portfolio with focus on Operational Excellence and Production
- Ensuring project management processes and methodologies are in place at project, program and portfolio levels
- Interaction, communication and support with various stakeholders such as project managers, program managers, senior management
- Implementation of proven and established international ASML group solutions and standards into the Berlin factory in coordination with management
- Preparation and facilitation of workshops with project managers, program managers and management or support of them
- Training of project methods, if required
- Supporting the ongoing change processes in the Berlin factory
- Reporting to the management of the Operation Excellence division
Education and experience
- Successfully completed degree in business management or any technical field
- Extensive experience and knowledge of common project management methods and KPIs, in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Good analytical skills as well as a thorough, independent and proactive way of working
- Convincing communication and moderation skills as well as appealing presentation skills
- Initial project management or sub-project management experience is an advantage
- Initial experience with operational improvement methods, e.g. CIP, Lean Management or Six Sigma is an advantage is an advantage
- Enjoy working with different organizational levels
- Very good MS Office knowledge required, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English skills required
