Project Management Officer (PMO) in Corporate Real Estate (m/w/d)

Over the next decades, the company evolved into a high-tech, high-precision business critical to the semiconductor supply chain. Today, ASML in Berlin is a major ASML R&D and production facility with expertise in optics and wafer chuck technology.
Here in Berlin we are undergoing a process of change and development that will take us into completely new dimensions. This includes us having to significantly expanding our facility as well. We are using structural project management methods to safeguard our CRE project portfolio and to be able to realize these growth targets.
We want to strengthen our team with a PMO specialist in order to implement this approach. It's up to you to ensure that state-of-the-art project management processes and methodologies are used at project, program and portfolio levels as well as ensuring that effective decision-making will be made based on sustainable project information.
You will be part of our global ASML PMO community in this exciting role that will bring the regional perspective to the forefront. Naturally you will also be working closely with our CRE Berlin & Europe management team, the manager of ASML Berlin & Europe and the relevant divisions within ASML Berlin.

- Providing proactive support to P3 (Project / Program / Portfolio) management in the operating sectors
- Preparing workshops with the P3 managers as well as hosting the workshops
- Reporting the P3 results from the following aspects:
- Budget compliance and resources
- Risks and deviations vs the plan
- Benefits management
- Scope and deadlines
- Lessons learned
- P3 structure
- Supporting new P3 members with regard to working methods and tools
- Interaction and communications with various stakeholders such as:
- Project manager
- Program manager
- Business sector partners
- Cross-divisional competences
- Senior management
- Supporting and maintaining the CRE Berlin project portfolio
- Implementing proven and established ASML P3 solutions and standards
- Ensuring that ASML project management standards are implemented
Your profile
- You have successfully completed technical or business studies
- Several years of relevant experience in a comparable position
- Extensive knowledge of project management methods used in an industrial manufacturing environment
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills for all levels within the organization
- Good judgment and the ability to make informed decisions
- Proactive approach and extensive implementing and structuring skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to strategically analyze problems and find solutions
- Excellent German and English, both written and spoken
