Measurement Technology Process Engineer (m/f/d) – DUV Team
Introduction to the job
In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.
Role and responsibilities
- Support and optimization of our in-process and product qualification measurement technology
- Ensuring and systematically implementing new measuring processes at the interface between development and production
- Procuring measuring systems
- Creating the documents needed for production (e.g. work instructions and formulas)
- Systematic process analysis and monitoring the critical process parameters
- Planning, implementing and evaluating measurement system analyses (MSA)
- Participation in general improvement projects within process technology and manufacturing
Education and experience
- Successfully passed engineering or science degree (master/German diploma)
- Professional experience in production measuring technology
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in mechanical, optical and/or electrical measuring methods
- Practical experience in applying QM methods (e.g. FMEA, MSA)
- Independent, structured way of working
- High degree of personal responsibility, diligence, resilience and flexibility
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Fluent German is a MUST!
