Introduction to the job
ASML is the world's largest supplier of lithography systems to the semiconductor industry and perhaps it is also the most important technology company that you've never heard of! More than 1,600 employees develop and manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems at our ASML facility in Berlin.
Role and responsibilities
You will complete a bachelor's degree in business informatics, during which your theoretical and practical phases will alternate between the Berlin College of Economics and Law and ASML Berlin GmbH. You will learn the basics of designing, planning, implementing and managing complex IT infrastructures that support our in-house business processes. You will be involved with programming languages, databases, ERP systems, web applications, operating systems, networks, servers and storage systems. After successful completion you will be offered a wide range of employment opportunities as:
- System and application specialist (f/m/d) for in-house information systems
- Project and Information manager (f/m/d)
- Sales and Service manager (f/m/d)
Education and experience
- Everyone can, but not everyone has to. Just convince us of what you can do if you don't meet our requirements.
- General university or technical college entrance qualification with a very good to good grade point average
- Enjoyment of computer science, mathematics, and business problem solving
- Structural and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Good command of English
